After not getting the first truck to move, I was sent here halfway across the city. 3 people working. 2 at the desk and 1 outside with someone. I'm the 2nd customer inside, and the female here would not assist me. Instead, she wants to assist maybe a trainee next to her. She could easily have had me halfway done or better as more people were walking in. So, most of this is negative on her alone. I'm already 2 hours late starting my move by the time the rookie begins. Then, due to the prior truck in my name on a Sunday, I told me I couldn't get my refund for the other or transfer. After I finally got a new contract and a different truck.
Next negative, this is the truck itself. I went around it and it was heavily damaged. I took a video of that. I go to get in, and the damn thing has the same issue the previous truck had. Both did not move asap. Upon pressing the brake and turning the key in each automatic first reverse only. Second, no movement. I ask the 3rd guy about it, and it turns out you need to be rough moving this automatic more like a manual. So that sounds like 2 transmissions about to go out. At least the last truck did not reverse unless I used it. After the guy assisted me, I got to go on my way.

I was fine with the rental, but got a call the next day from a female agent that I had not called to return the truck. We had been working all day in the hot sun and had forgotten and I just assumed they would charge another day. However when I was trying to explain this she told me they will call the cops and report it stolen if I didn't call next time. I think that is absurd and had never been treated that way other times I had rented from Uhaul. They would usually just charge us another day. Probably will be using another rental company because of her .

This is not the fault of the location- the people at location were as helpful as could be. But- I booked a truck through the app, the app allowed me to reserve a truck and said I could pick up outside of business hours using the 24/7 key pick up. I got there and learned after being on hold for an hour, that this was not possible. I had to pay extra for the movers I kept waiting because the website allowed me to make a reservation the location was not equipped to honor

Rude, not helpful, miserable place! I have CANCER and they couldn't put my heavy packing boxes on my truck!! They wouldn't help me look up my information on the website. Didn't offer any apologies, a help or even HELLO! The first thing outta that humans pie hole was, NAME? Never in my life! NEVER again.

This was hands down the worst experience of my life with any business, EVER and all the way around. You didn't give us the truck size we rented. You had some guy who was a total jerk call to tell me this, and when I asked why, he hung up on me. You moved our pickup location without even telling us, so we had to drive 12 miles away to pick up a much bigger truck than we ordered. A few miles down the freeway, that truck broke down. Had the axle/wheel grease busted all over the back wheels. The roadside assistance guy showed me pictures of it when he got there after almost THREE HOURS. I finally called to find out why we were left sitting there with the roadside assistance guy who just wanted to take the truck in for repair. And the rep was like "Oh... yeah we found you another truck". Picked up the other truck finally, and had to argue with the rep there to give us the time we lost because of you guys. We went to drop the truck off after our move, and the address you provided for our dropoff was seriously someone's mobile home. We had to drive 8 miles out of our way there and back to the wrong dropoff location that YOU provided. And then...When I dropped the truck off, you seriously had the audacity to tell me you were gonna charge us even more!!! For the extra 8 miles you had us drive with your wrong information, and for "fuel". I picked the truck up with 3/4 tank of gas and returned it with the exact same. And you charged me for fuel..what....the. ..hell. I will NEVER do business at UHaul again. And I will make sure everyone I know knows EXACTLY how awful your service was on every single level.

Picked up a 15 ft truck for a one-way to Washington state. Staff was professional, facility was clean, process was quick, and the vehicle was ready and in excellent condition. We made the trip with no issues. I would definitely recommend this location for any uHaul services.

This truck's vent fan wouldn't work while driving- not for AC and not for just air flow. When you press the accelerator the fan dies. This was extremely unsafe in record high temps, ESPECIALLY from the desert!!!! Not to mention we had to leave the windows open while it rained because...no fan!!!
The truck cabin is so hot it feels like you're driving a cab-over tractor, adding to the extreme heat inside the truck with no AC and no fan!!! I was literally burning my legs on the dash 🙁
It should be illegal to rent a vehicle without a working HVAC system!!!!
If you're stuck in the passenger seat, I hope you only have 1 leg because there's no floor space for more than 1 of your feet. Don't worry, pulling the seat all the way forward and trying to recline the seat back won't be any more comfortable. It might actually have less space than an airplane seat!
Also the cab was full of dog hair like it wasn't vacuumed out.
