UPDATE: A couple of hours after the last conversation with Manager Brad, I called to let him know that I still had not received a call from the driver and still no package received. Manager Brad finally acquiesced, and agreed to pull my order and allow me to pick it up curbside instead. The same exact solution I offered before and was told it was impossible. I did get all the items that I ordered finally. The only after I had to spend 45 minutes in phone calls and 30 minutes driving. For the first time ever, my order was delivered to my car curbside in less than 10 minutes. Still that's nearly two hours of wasted time on my day off. Manager Brad, I'll say it again. Do better.

The incompetence is astounding. Months ago, I have up on curbside pickup with these clowns. They never get the order right. Instead I order delivery. I placed a delivery order the night before I needed my materials and paid for a specific window. The driver dropped off someone else's order the following morning. That person was not even in the same ZIP code and the orders weren't at all similar. Within a few minutes of the delivery, I called the store and spoke a CSR who said he would call Spark dispatch to send the driver back and that he'd call me back. Nearly an hour later, he did not call back. I called the store once again and asked for him by name. I was told he was busy. I rehashed the ordeal with CSR #2. He told me I would have to just come to the store. NOPE. I'm not wasting time in that circus. I asked for a manager. Notice how I'm not calling out CSRs by name? That is because they do the best they can with the limited resources they have. I AM going to call out the manager on duty, Brad. For a third time, I told Brad the story. Brad said that the Spark drivers were idiots. He promised to call back in 5 minutes. He called back in 10. That's fine. My problem is that his solution was to have that same driver go back to the home where my order was delivered and collect the items then drive it to my house to swap. I had already tried contacting the person whose order I received and she didn't respond to calls or texts. I asked Brad why he would think the person would answer the door. I requested again that they just assemble the order again and deliver it during the window that I paid for OR allow me to pick it up curbside. Brad said that he has to follow protocol. You are a manager, Brad. Do the right thing. Take care of your customers. Don't blame the 3rd party. They are your subcontractor and you are responsible for their performance or lack there of. DO BETTER BRAD

Why is it so incredibly impossible to have your staff provide basic customer service? God forbid this happen. The entitlement and lack of care is completely mind blowing. But hey what do I know, I’m just a customer!

I came in and purchased a door that didn’t have a bore hole. I was able to get a bore hole drilled, and the other hinge dents put on the door by Pat’s Doors, so the whole experience ended up not being overly expensive. I was able to hang the door myself. It was slightly off, but not enough to need to replace the whole door or anything. So I’m very happy with my purchase. It looks great.

Sales representative was great and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, the delivery crew that I experienced the first time was not great. We were there last shift and they didn’t want to take one of the refrigerator doors off to make it fit inside the house. First, we paid for them to install the refrigerator and dishwasher and they said that we didn’t pay for that. I had to ask two different neighbors to come and help my husband remove the refrigerator and dishwasher. They were able to install the dishwasher, but they left it out and wobbly then I told him that I was not satisfied with them leaving it like that and one of them did try to fix it. They put the wrong water on the dishwasher. They also left a kink on the water to go to the dishwasher. Later that day I turned on the sink water and only hot water came out. Not only did I have to pay $50 each to each neighbor, but I had to pay, someone to fix the sink to have cold and hot water and the kink. Obviously Homedepot delivery grew took time away from us and they didn’t deliver the product, they didn’t pay the neighbors or the plumber.. The refund takes at least 10 business days. We were at day seven and no refund had been applied to our account. Oh yes, they did not install the noise blanket for the dishwasher either.

This store has the rudest and worst customer service desk representative ever! My wife and I ordered a product on the Home Depot website and were over charged to our card by $85 and so we called customer service and were advised we had to go to the store it shipped from to have the refund processed. I live in a completely different city that’s an hour away so I called the location to see if they could process the return without me coming in since it was paid for with PayPal credit that I don’t even have a physical card for or even a card # for that matter.

Upon calling the store on October 19th, 2024 the female I spoke with at the customer service desk was incredibly rude and hung up on me before I even had a chance to ask any questions. I proceeded to try to call back for the next 30 minutes and each time the phone would get answered and set aside without talking to anyone. We could hear them laughing and talking in the background but refused to responds to us. Or they would just answer and hang up. We tried from both my wife and my phone to make sure it wasn’t a device issue either.

I called the location in Los Lunas and they immediately answered the phone, pulled up the order, and they refunded the charge to my PayPal card. Literally 2 minutes of effort or less with that location. I expressed my frustration with the Albuquerque location and I was advised I could reach their manager by dialing extension 500. I tried to call and dialed extension 500 multiple times and each time either immediately placed on hold and hung up on, or it would just ring until it disconnected. If management is behaving this way it’s obvious to see why their front desk workers behave in this manner.

Again this was on October 19th, 2024 approximately 4-5pm MST if anyone from management actually cares. To all you reading this review just do yourself a favor and go to a better location or Lowes.

Whoever made the decision to redo the check out lines at this store needs to be fired. It is an absolute cluster F!
I was behind a gentleman who had a large cart with wood on it, and he could barely negotiate the turn in the aisle to get to all the checkouts!
All the checkouts are right next to each other and there’s a line that forms and nobody knows which ones open because they’re so close to each other!
This is absolutely a self inflicted disaster!!! Seriously fire the person that made the decision to redo the checkout at this store!!!

I got the curbside pickup online for a shelf and when I got home it was damaged. What?! But then I brought it in and they hooked me up with a replacement lickity split. The customer service was good but some of the sections looked a little...depleted? Probably one of the side effects of COVID, so I can’t fault them for that.
