A reasonable request for input to the discussion concerning the missing "Green Link Bridge" currently deleted from the Catford Green Regeneration future plans and from the unfinished Catford Green Development , being the principal designer and "Green" advisor to Lewisham Council concerning the above developments the Studio has ample opportunity to give there views to the community as a whole. Being unwilling to discus the above must leave one to consider why and the possibility of underhanded involvement must be considered. Therefore 1 star rating.

My 3 separate, written contacts [March 2021] led to no acknowledgement or response to issues I raised with Studio Egret West in relation to its consultancy role for its clients [the London Borough of Lewisham] for the ongoing Regeneration of Catford, London SE6.
I pointed out quite clearly as a Catford resident that I wanted to comprehend whether, or not, the Studio supported the Council's voted intention in September 2020 to entirely drop any proposal to reinstate a pedestrian/cycleway public highway that was an original and integral part of the 1st phase of Catford's Regeneration process - namely, the re-development of the former Greyhound Stadium site, served by a bridge link [demolished under the same planning application] and was to be reinstated under the same planning at a point located closer to Catford Bridge railway station.
The reinstated bridge would have entirely resolved a decades old problem with a green/clean air alternative to the West approach to Catford Centre made via the South Circular Road, which will now continue under the Council's intentions.
The point is - Studio Egret West are understood to be advising the Council to aspire to regenerate Catford Centre and its immediate environs as one of the 'greenest' boroughs in London.
I cannot see how this can be achieved with the missing 'green' link bridge for every member of the public to use to access West/East to Catford Centre.
No one other than Lewisham Council is responsible for its voted intention, which I trust will be reversed. I certainly do not hold the Studio at fault.
However, if Studio Egret West fails to provide its view [when asked] on whether, or not, it supports the Council's decision, or cannot provide Catford residents with a viable alternative to resolve this flaw in Catford's Framework Plan, then I believe that my review is justifiable.
It is quite clear to me that Studio Egret West has been engaged in Catford's Regeneration process for a number of years now and yet what is in evidence so far appears to be a total imbalance of Studio inspired arts/crafts/design/film making based initiatives in Catford and that is clearly not sufficient in my view to turn around Catford's fortunes.
Basic resolution of access infrastructure is lacking in Catford and that should have come ahead of the above.
My fear is that public realm money is simply going to be wasted on pursuing the Catford Framework Plan with no plan to even put an alternative cart in front of the horse with the original cart now gone.
Studio Egret West should be assessing whether, or not, it can roll out a 'green' vision for Catford without the provision of 'green' infrastructure.
To date [11th March 2021] I have yet to witness that it, or anyone else, can.

Very poor service overall from a well respected company. Communication was very bad from the offset with emails going unanswered and a generally dismissive nature from the company's employees. I will unequivocally take my business elsewhere in the future.
