Excellent stay. Will return again. Modern, updated, clean, friendly staff. Very large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pullout sofa. Even a walk-in closet. Room was clean & smelled fresh. Light hot breakfast was helpful. Restaurants steps across the parking lot. Loved it and recommend. The only thing that was not great was the listed phone number kept ringing and cutting off, so I wasn't able to get the shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

The hotel appears to be nice, but the management is hostile. I am staying here for six nights, and they refuse to service the coffee and replace the water in the room after the first night. I don't think the price changes after the first night, so why should the service or expectations be any different on the second, third, or fifth night? Not impressed.

Positive: Nicely furnished, loved the stand alone shower, and the couch turned to a bed by removing the pillows and there was also a pull out mattress. So I believe you could sleep two people on it. Negative: Check-in desk could have been more friendly

Best 3 star hotel near DFW. It was recently constructed and is well kept. Flight noise is not bad. Has a 24-7 shuttle service--which is rare. It operates to the airport as well as the immediate area such as American Airlines headquarters on the opposite side of TX 360. Front desk staff have always been there even when I arrive well after midnight. The free breakfast is better than many. There's a fair set of restaurants one can walk to in the area.

Avoid this place. There are other better options in the area. I got bed bug / flea bites during my stay at this hotel. The responses from the General Manager were extremely dismissive and lacked basic empathy for the situation. She made up claims, trying to dismiss the problem and avoid the responsibility. However, the claims she made were completely ungenuine, fake, unsubstantiated, and contradictory. I have full proof of the entire email chain showing the fake claims, if the hotel management has any questions about this. The responses I received lacked basic empathy and were dismissive. It is clear that they are placing the interest of the property first, and they do not care about the unsafe customer experience at all. If you look at the critical reviews of this hotel in this thread, you will see that I am not the first customer or the only customer, who report this type of issues, about the pest problem and the terrible experience with the General Manager. Avoid this place.

I liked the hotel. Very modern and clean, spacious. Lots of fast food in its vicinity, but lacking other amenities walking distance. Close to the airport as well, convenient for business travelers.

Very impressed! Our room was huge and spotless. Beds were excellent. Staff was very accommodating. And we really valued the free shuttle to and from DFW. Thank you!

Clean guest laundry room with three washers and driers, all operational.

Well-equipped, clean, spacious fitness center.

Good breakfast, served in a spacious, clean breakfast area. Standard Marriott fare. However, the scrambled eggs are pretty good, NOT overdone and rubbery.

Have enough respect for guests of other faiths – or no faith at all – to discontinue bibles and Mormon books in guest rooms. Unwelcoming, intrusive, and insulting.

It took stacking spare pillows in front to the door to block large gap introducing sleep disruptive light at night.
