Der Service am Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Zimmer roch trotz des Nichtraucherhotels nach Rauch und wurde anstandslos getauscht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Interstate, was jedoch kein Hindernis für guten Schlaf war. Sauberkeit und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Einziger Minuspunkt war das sehr schwache und langsame WLAN. Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein paar Restaurants zu finden.

Positive: "" Negative: The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant! I tried being very friendly due to my check in being Halloween evening and her having to work but apparently she simply lacked customer service skills! Also, Not pet friendly but additional fees were applied

Nightmare checkin waiting 20 minutes for two people checking in ahead of us. Staff was helpful to find a bathroom for our toddler while we waited. No luggage cart just isn’t reasonable. Again staff person offered to help w luggage but it shouldn’t be necessary. The hotel says pet friendly but this only means you can bring a couple. The property has no place for dogs to relieve themselves except gross trash covered dirt beside freeway. Room dark and pretty quiet. Don’t open the blinds as the broken down fence and trashy walkway is scary.

Where do I begin?
Arrived to the Hotel, was greeted by the staff, Lorena was very nice. Went into the room, which was really dirty and had a weird smell to it. I pulled back the sheets and it didn't even look like the bed sheets were changed out. The pillow cases were all stained, and they looked like they weren't changed out. Lorena switched rooms for me. This room wasn't much better. Paint pealing off the walls. Water stain in the restroom, from a previous leak. Floors were dirty, cigarette butts were in the room, we had to track down the cleaning people to clean the room better. Overall just a bad experience. The pool was nice.

Positive: Clean bedding Negative: They lied about the electricity working in my room so my phone was dead the entire stay. With no warning, so I couldn't prepare. Breakfast was scarce and not restocked for people who came at 8am. No elevator.

Is it feasibly possible to give a place 10 stars?!?! Excellent staff (loved Priscilla, she was sooo helpful), quality amenities, ACTUAL BREAKFAST, an open pool and comfortable beds with no bugs!! We WILL be coming back!!

The motel was nice in general. I was hoping for more of a breakfast than just carbs. There was juice, yogurt, fruit but no protein like eggs or hot foods. They did have the waffles. The receptionists were nice. The biggest problem was every night I walked into the motel and passed through the doors to get to the hallway to the rooms, there was a very strong smell of Marijuana. I don't care if people smoke but I don't want to have to smell it. It was all the way up 2 hallways and then came through the cracks in my door. It was always around the same time.
