I guess they don’t feed their workers, slice was missing and replaced Chuck E. Cheese style; they also screw up the Cyo it was like a regular pizza. Spent money on a specialty pizza just to get a basic pizza, don’t waist your money.

Ordered online for delivery, pizza was good and crispy. Disappointed in the Boneless Wings - just small chicken bites for $9 and bland. Not worth the price for "wings".

Friendly, very helpful giving us some directions to get back to the hotel.
The pizza, a 12" supreme, was excellent in every respect! Great service bringing the pizza out to our car and they even included some paper plates. Wish we had this place in Sioux Falls!

Pizza 9 has a terrible return policy and customer service.
I had a frustrating experience with Pizza 9. One of the items in my order was soggy and greasy, and when I called to address it, they told me I could only get it resolved if I returned the entire order. That seemed unreasonable since the rest of the food was fine, and I only wanted that specific item replaced. Instead of offering a practical solution, they left me no choice but to request them to make it again. By that time, two hours had passed, and I wasn’t in the mood anymore. Customer service should be more understanding and flexible in situations like this. Very disappointed.

I love Pizza 9 but this location is really inconsistent. The first time I ordered here, my double deep dish was so soaked it felt like it was going to fall through the box. Last night I tried again, asking to make sure it was crispy, so they put a disappointingly small amount of sauce. It really wasn’t even crispy even with less sauce. Every other Pizza 9 I have been to has been awesome, so I would consider going to another location even though this one is very close to me. I also heard a manager argue with a teammate before sending them home while waiting around 15 after my estimated pickup time.

Would give 0 stars if I was able.

I'm a huge fan of Pizza 9; however, not a fan of this store. Ordered carryout, arrived, walked in, stood in line, and waited patiently for my turn only for the P9 employee to skip me entirely and start helping a man that came in after me because he was apparently working DoorDash. When I stated I was next, her only excuse was that he was with DoorDash. Want to feel like your money nor time matter? Then head to this store and let them pick and choose who to serve.

Ordered the all meat and it tasted off. I think it was the sausage. Craving pizza all day. Then it just tasted nasty. Trying to find something better than Pizza Hut and it was a bad choice.

It was Sunday, Pre-game Rush for NFL Super Bowl . Placed a carry out order because we were passing though on our way home to Aztec from Roswell. The Customer Service was very pleasant, persistent and helpful. The Manager & employees were professional, friendly and polite. Great atmosphere. The deluxe pizza was very tasty. The beef calzone was delicious, light and golden brown dough, crust! And the spaghetti was delightful, a fav. We will defiantly make sure to stop at this location again!
