They got a really vastly collection of cosmetic products and wigs braiding and weaving, and I will say the staff is really helpful and quite nice. Especially the ladies in the back in the wig section.

As a black female I’ve always felt uncomfortable coming into this establishment. The constant watching is uncomfortable. I recently had an issue because I wanted to make SURE what the cashier rung up was the right amount as the CASHIER herself wasn’t sure about the pricing. As I was adding up the items myself the cashier would state “are you okay?” Sarcastically and then proceeds to say “omg”. Like I want to make sure what you’re adding up is right. I will never shop here again. I suggest the beauty salon store up the block from this one.

I have mixed feelings about this establishment, and the reason for me saying this is because my first time buying a wig there was good. However, my second experience was horrible, which is because the Asian supervisor,/manager and one of the sales associates wete guarding me as i was deciding which unit i should purchase with the other friendly sales associates ,i decided on a 350.00 unit that was on sale from 500.00 which was advertised as a 100%human hair which is not and that is complete turn off for me .Not every customer who comes into your place of business is there to steal, and they definitely dont want to be treated as if there are thieves and the integrity of your merchandise should be paramount.

I just went shopping at this establishment and experienced one of the most petty and bizzare interactions of this New Year. While browsing the long aisles for my ideal products to buy, a specific older female clerk/cashier continuously came from behind the counter and interfered in my ability to browse the aisles by physically coming in front of me while browsing a specific item on the shelf and then proceeding to stand there and then grab a random item and run off to the register again.

As a former retail sales associate myself, I understand the culture of asset protection and loss prevention but I will NOT ignore or look past the nonsensical actions of immature people like the individuals I dealt with this evening. Furthermore, I hesitated to follow through on purchasing the items in my basket because of the severe feeling that I was being racially profiled. Moving forward, I do not plan on returning to this establishment or recommending anyone I know or in my community to visit.

I found everything I wanted, they’re so nice, good costumer service, they have a lot of wig, amazing. It is so big inside. Many face care products and good price, it’s my favorite store

Black women, please don’t shop here.! Went in for 5 or 6 minutes and i was surveilled. The final insult was when I walked out the door and the big security guard they think is necessary to stand by the door visibly scanned me to see if I stole anything. Better to support another business that doesn’t treat you like a thief simply by being black and walking in.
