I spoke with Brian B. About health and dental. While we spoke I asked about specific locations (my hospital, my dentist and my husbands dentist) and was told each time they were accepted. After hearing they were approved and then more information about the plan I agreed to sign up. They took out 505.99 and also 53.00.
I received the email with my member information so I called the hospital to give them the update and tell them the effective date. I was notified that the insurance wasn’t accepted. I then called the dentist and was told the insurance wasn’t accepted. So after finding out I had useless insurance writhing the same day that I had gotten the insurance I called to cancel my plan. I was able to reach someone at the customer service number and was told my refund would be sent out. I received the 505.99 but am still waiting for the refund on the $53.00. It’s coming up on a month, I’ve emailed and called...... be extremely careful you go with the company. The cost, plan and representative sound fantastic but double check with your dentist and hospital before accepting anything. I’m now screwed out of the $53.00 as they don’t seem to be refunding it... very frustrating. I wish I could give Brian B. A negative review. The customer service person I spoke with for cancelling was very nice though but I didn’t catch her name.

Update 3 years later. I never received the $53 and they didn’t return my called or email. “Great company” to work with. With I could give them negative star review.

Worse company ever. I bought their insurance for what it seemed to be a really convenient price and after a month and an half I still didn’t receive my insurance card nor any email with a temporary insurance number to use. I’ve been email them several times for few weeks and they never replied to me. When I finally received an answer I found out that my insurance has no coverage in NY so it’s useless. I’m going to report it as a fraud and get my money back. They scammed me. Don’t let these people take your money!

This is a fraud. Please run away from them. I attempted to contact Nicole Gonzalez to ask some questions, but because I refused to sign the contract she said she never spoke to me. I said I have an email from you & she hung up on me. Now I am concerned that they have all my information. Is there anything I can do?

This company is a fraud, said I was getting a plan as part of Cigna, and prescription and it does not cover anything. Brian Blalack was the agent and straight up lied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to get a hold of Brian at the number he provided, and I just get disconnected. I can not even talk to him.

Just got off the phone with an agent who told me that my insurance with United Concordia was active after speaking with United Concordia they never heard of me I am calling for fraud in Department of Business as soon as possible not a real company
