Free parking pricing was comparable to something closer to the city. This was a last minute booking driving through NM. We felt safe checking in late using the mobile app but were rudely awakened to knocking wrong door. I actually took a two hour bath here!!! The tub actually kept the water warm that long! So maybe 4.5 stars? Love me some Hilton but rooms were pretty dated.

Solid stay. Not a new facility, but clean and well maintained. Front desk service was top notch. Breakfast was great. I see concerns about 'homeless' listed in other reviews. All the hotels (6 in all, I believe) on the west side of Albuquerque are situated together, due to zoning. One of those hotels, not naming names, is contracted with the city to provide housing for the homeless. I saw night security at all the other hotels in that area, including the Hampton Inn. We had no problems, but I get it. Sign of the times. If you 'hotel stay' on the west side Albuquerque, you are going to see this. Was it a problem during our stay - absolutely not.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and after I went to sleep early, she raved about Adele and how hospitable she was. They were both in property management before, and the way Adele took care of the guests was impressive! 5-Star service and highly recommend.

Avoid! Very disappointing and unsafe. Smashed in plug sockets, huge hazard for small kids. Gaps in ceiling where fire alarms are. Cracked/broken tiles, missing grout so they move. Bath/shower/toilet light flickers on/off continuously so can't bathe. Food/drink left in fridge from prior occupant. Dog kibble on floor. Hairs found all over. Stained/dirty carpet and furniture. Homeless people raiding trash cans all around, multiple police cars on-site. Staff friendly but that's the only pro.

Definitely an older hotel in desperate need of renovation. The room seemed clean, but the comforter smelled a bit like old fry oil or
maybe just stale. The AC sounded like it had a death rattle on occasion and looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. The shower screamed like a banshee. We did see a few homeless folk and drug addicts, and some sort of incident with a large police presence at the motel across the street. Staff was polite, but not overly helpful. Would not stay again.

This hotel, to me, is Mediocre. Definitely not what I expect of a 4-star hotel.
I have stayed in 3 star hotels that are more modern and have better amenities.
The rooms are outdated. Beds are on the soft side. The bathroom tub was squeeking every time you moved, and the water pressure was horrible. The breakfast buffet is standard.
I gave a 3 star for service because at check-in the service was below norm. It seemed to me that the gentleman was paying more attention to what his phone was offering versus the service he needed to provide concerning our reservation.
Overall 3 stars at best for me, as I believe the hotel should be rated.
It more likely when I am in the area that I will be going to a different hotel.

Overall I will give this place a 3, since my actual lodging situation wasn't too bad, but the location is terrible terrible terrible!!! The whole place is overrun with homeless, and not the friendly ones. There are frequent gunfire bursts outside the hotel, insane people skulking around the building aggressively begging people for things.
When I went to check in, the desk clerk, a severely underweight woman about age 60, was barely holding her head upright, and could not even communicate with me. She then proceeded to slowly lean back in her chair form an obvious recreational drug overtaking her. Finally she flopped out of her seat and someone called the paramedics to get her. This poor woman needs to be in a clinic, not working a front desk at a big name hotel chain. I hope the management takes awareness to what is going on here and gets this lady some help. The staff otherwise were amicable but not what I'd describe as helpful and friendly- I did not really want to leave the hotel room except to go to the work I had assigned there during my trip.
if you're used to this kind of thing, it might not be that bad of a place to stay, but if you're not used to the dark underbelly of western decline at its worst, watch yourself here.

I don’t know how to say this nicely, but this place is in need of an extensive rehab. Upon entering, this place reeks of musky mold. You think maybe it’s just the lobby, but no, it stinks from the elevator all the way up to your room. The rooms are clearly outdated. The whole place needs gutted. Tile was crumbling apart on the bathroom floor and the room door doesn’t properly fit in the door frame. Definitely not a welcoming stay for people passing by. Won’t be back and recommend others to do the same. Save your money.
