I just had my kitchen remodeled by Gina McMurtrey, She did an outstanding job from the initial design all the way to the end of the job, Her professionalism was top notch and she answered all of my concerns right away. We love our space. Our home was built in the Honey Oak craze so the entire house, built ins, walls, cabinets, windows EVERYTHING, was honey oak. We wanted a seamless transition from the kitchen to the rest of the house and Fernanda nailed it. We actually love the oak now! Its a subtle contrast to the rest of the kitchen and it just works. I could not have done this without Fernanda.

Fernanda Edwards completely remodeled our master suite—bedroom, bathroom & walk in closet. The finished product exceeded all of our expectations; it was an amazing transformation. We selected GMI’s Full Design Package, and it was a great experience from the initial design planning to the actual construction. Gina helped us with a new sunroom and it turned out better than we imagined! We appreciate Gina's patience and persistence through design changes and post-Covid challenges with supply shortages etc. When repeated shipments of our fireplace liner arrived broken, Gina really went the extra mile by locating an unbroken one in Georgia and picking it up on her way home from vacation.

We finished a Master Bath remodel this summer. Gina walked us through every step of the process. She listened to our desires, developed plans, revised them based on our desires, she really listened to us to give us what we wanted. She offered many suggestions and after the design phase, she had our complete trust. We loved the final design, but the bids were a little to high for our budget. Gina went back to work cutting cost without sacrificing the look she had put together. She used a new shower glass sub that was much cheaper, but he was an unknown to her. We were not happy with the glass install and neither was she. Gina fired the sub, brought in her go-to glass installer to redo the shower glass, and ate the cost! Totally impressed! Gina is professional, hard-working, listens to her clients, is personable, and has amazing design skills. We couldn't be happier with the relationship that was developed in such a short time and the finished MB is more than we could have hoped for. We will use her every time we consider a remodel.

We renovated our master bathroom using the design plans created by GMI Design Group. We knew we didn't like our current bathroom and wanted to update the space so that it worked functionally for us. I worked with Gina and she created multiple solutions and also let us know what wasn't possible (which we found to be extremely helpful). The best part about having a design before contacting contractors was that we, not only knew what we wanted but, we had 3d images with dimensions that we could show our contractors and not worry about something getting lost in translation. Some of the contractors we worked with did not speak English as their first language and this helped us both feel comfortable in the quoted work and outcome. We could not be happier with how everything turned out!

I worked with Fernanda on our master bath remodel. Our initial meetings were nearly all virtual due to COVID circumstances, but she still was able to take my ideas and come to me with exactly what I was looking for in materials and colors.
