Front desk personnel in top of taking care of their guests and business. Housekeeping makes sure to check on the rooms on a scheduled basis. Employees are nice and courteous. Also allows me to keep my cat

I have been here 2 months and I have been very pleased with all services here, Ms. Crystal, Anthony, Danny, and everyone else as well and is on point and so respectful, when I have an issue it gets resolved asap no questions asked and no trouble and jump right on the issue and get it fixed, Awesome and great people here! Love staying at the Round Rock location staff members are very friendly and helpful. Haven't had any problems yet as far as safety issues are concerned. Any issues I had with my room, they took care of my situation quickly as possible. Would recommend this location to Stay temporary or as long as you wish.

Shay was awesome, accommodating, and incredibly sweet! She made sure we were comfortable, enjoying our stay, and satisfied. The rooms were very clean (unlike the extended stay right up the street that was literally crawling with cockroaches in the hallways and rooms and was incredibly dirty). And when our AC unit went out, they had someone to our room and had it replaced in less than 30min!

Very disappointing experience! My wife and I got in the room and went to bring some groceries, as she was going to stay for 1 month for her internship (I work in Dallas). When we came back (1 hour later), we saw people dealing drugs in the parking lot. I asked the lady at the front desk to move us to any other floor or refund us and check us out. She said we have to pay the difference to move to a different floor. Her manager told her on the phone we have to pay for the night to check out (basic rate $100, not $50 monthly rate our reservation is on). We paid $100 for one hour dealing with all this.

The lady also told me that if I see something like that, I should call APD, as if it were my responsibility to keep their parking lot safe. When I showed her similar reviews from different tenants, she said "that was three years ago". Very bad customer support service.

We checked out of the room, and I called the cancellation line today, and they said they will open a case for a refund and get back with me within 48 hours.

Terrible customer service and room was not stocked. Left early as there was no way to cook any food. No dishes or pots and pans, why have a kitchen if you don't stick it? Are people suppose to bring their own dishes, ugh?

I have been at Extended Stay America for almost 4 months now. The staff, Crystal, Chevalier, Dee, Marc & Demetria, are so professional,, courteous, & friendly. My room, the halls and parking lot are clean .I highly recommend this " home away from home " to anyone. Also, very safe...sleep well!
