Disappointed with my visit with Dr. Shaibani. As soon as he walked in the room, he was very rude. He did not know my lab test results, so I had to pull them up on my phone. I have bruises all over my legs from the nerve conduction study with needles. No warning of needle insertion either. I am not happy with my diagnosis, my referring provider is puzzled as well. I am planning on getting a second opinion.

Dr Shiabani had a great personality and listened to me.
Which is rare these days.

We had some small talk. He then asked questions. Knew exactly what was going on even when I could not put it into words.

Came back in to discuss results.

Staff was friendly as well.

Dr. Shaibani and his staff were incredible! The tests were done promptly and my son was finally diagnosed so he could move on to treatments. Dr. Shaibani is very professional but was also very compassionate regarding my son’s condition and his young age (43), being wheelchair bound. He imparted hope into his life which encouraged my son dramatically! Thank you Dr. Shaibani and staff! It was a great experience!

Great first visit! They were so very kind and understanding .. i live 2 hrs away and i missed my turn to the parking garage, and cause me to be 1/2 an hour late! I was so frazzled by this time, i Valeted in the garage next door and the nurse called me at the same time to let me know i could still be seen. Wow was i relieved! In my hast, i left all the new patient forms in my vehicle so i had to fill out again. They were never rushing me, Amber the kind lady at the front desk assured me all would be well lol. Dr. Shaibani was very kind and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend him!
I’m so grateful for everyone that helped me at his office, and for letting me still be seen instead of rescheduled, like most offices do after 15 min past your appt time. Especially for a Specialist.
Sincerely,
Nancy M.

Dr Shaibani and his staff are very polite and pleasant, Every time I’ve seen Dr Shaibani the wait has not been more than 10 minutes at the max. Very thorough doctor would highly recommend. Help treated me with Guillain-Barré syndrome

When I was referred, they got me in within a few weeks and the office staff is very friendly. Dr. Shaibani did the EMG requested by my doctor and did a good job answering the questions I had. I appreciate him and his team a great deal.

Office people unpersonable. Wait to long. Dr friendly. The Dr that sent me to see him for my problem did more to figure out my problem than he did and he wouldn't listen ho my full explanation of my problem Big waste of a 2 hrs round trip and $24 for parking. Won't be going back

I first met Dr Shaibani early in his career when he was understudying Dr Bernard Patten. I'd been diagnosed with MG at 21 (I'm 60 now). At that time, he seemed kind, humble and personable. Now, not so much. Awful listener. Very dismissive of patient input and experience. Very interested in you being aware of his credentials and buying his book. Needs to go back to Human Class. (To the Office Manager who responded to this, you will find me under my legal first name as: Ellie Berger. It's been a couple of years since my last visit, but the experience has stuck with me, which is why I wrote this review.)
