Excellent room service and was much larger than expected, there was even a mini couch complementary in the room. The downstairs gym was loaded with equipment and allowed for a wide, versatile range of workouts. The pools were huge and luxurious, definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to keep in shape and stay fit while traveling. The food options were wide and everything was tasty, the chicken BLT was my personal favorite, but after trying almost everything on the lunch and dinner menus I have 0 complaints. The ball lounge was massive and set up very beautifully, overall I definitely recommend a stay here and the location in respect to the airport paired with the easy-to-access shuttle service is perfect for those trying to catch flights on time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall.

First off, housekeeping was non-existent. Despite being there for three full days, my room was never cleaned. I had to call multiple times just to get fresh towels, and it took a full 12 hours for someone to deliver them. The bathroom was another issue—there was mold in the bathtub, which was both unappealing and concerning.

The airport shuttle service was an absolute nightmare. After arriving at the airport, I waited for over an hour and twenty minutes for a pick-up. To make matters worse, the front desk seemed to ignore any calls or inquiries about the shuttle’s delay.

The only bright spots were the service at the coffee shop and the Urban Spur restaurant. The staff there were friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of basic hotel services.

I would not recommend staying here unless there are no other options available.

This hotel is very convenient for a quick overnight stay to be close the airport. The shuttle is smooth and runs 24/7, The concierge lounge is really nice with very helpful staff. The breakfast is normal.||The rooms are newer but you can see some rough edges. Overall thought an easy and nice Marriott stay while overnighting near the airport.

This hotel is a great location for getting to the airport ASAP. We stayed here due to it being the host hotel for a football bowl my son participated in and it was by far one of the worst rooms I've stayed in as far as hotels. I think i could have done better at Motel 6. The lobby is nice and clean looking. The room smells of mold or mildew. The comfortors (all 4 comforters)have no plush to them and looked of mold if looked at under light. They say it's feathers after being washed and they're bunched up in there now. Even if that's true, they are not comfortable to be covered up in. I asked for a blanket of a different make and was told it would be delivered. It never got delivered. Then the toilet took 2 or 3 flushes just to flush urine. The breakfast they charge for is simple breakfast like the free breakfast in other hotels.

I stayed here one night in order to make it easier to fly out the next day. My room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly, and the food in their bar/grill was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night as I missed my connecting flight. I would stay again. Close to airport. Has a shuttle running every 30 minutes. Food and service at restaurant was fabulous. Did not check on other ammenities, as I arrived late and left early. Clean room.

Let me start with good ones
1) Even though it was close to airport, it was not on flight path so there was no airplane noise and able to get good night sleep.
2) Hotel was old but room was in good shape and no complaints
3) Front desk employees were nice
4) Complement break fast and airport shuttle

Cons
1) Their airport shuttle vehicle driver was talking over the phone and I feel his driving was more like bumpy ride. Also their vehicle interior looks bad and in below average range.

2) Expensive restaurant and they had very few menu options and it was very expensive. I’m comparing against the quantity and quality and price was not worth. See attached photo.

So overall if you prefer quiet night then this is preferred hotel.

Bearded Traveler

For the price, this hotel is really lacking. No in room coffee. No free continental breakfast. While there is a restaurant in the hotel, I don’t think two adult buffets and a child buffet should equal $75. Especially when a free breakfast elsewhere is of the same quality. If you are a family, with a budget, don’t stay here.
