She understood our requirements and was able to provide us with ideas how to implement them. Both offices look superb. Eva has helped in so many different ways on our property journey. She originally saw the house before we even bought it and helped us envisage how it could ultimately look.

Our journey has taken a long time but along the way Eva has been a great support and her designing and planning knowledge have helped achieve the maximum potential from our property with a great use of space. She organised the initial designs and plans and then she liaised with the planning department of Haringey council to ensure planning permission was granted. She then produced the technical drawings for the building work before helping organise a measured survey, a structural survey, a party wall survey and buildings control. She even had contact with our neighbours to help things go as smoothly as possible.

Although I decided to project manage the building work myself, Eva was always available and called upon a few times. Her calming influence definitely helped defuse some stressful situations during this time.

I've hired Eva to submit an application to the Council for a rear extension which included to demolish a structural wall replaced with a steel frame and completely demolish and recreate kitchen and bathroom.

She proposed a lot of different ideas in terms of re-use the space in the most optimised way and once picked one, she took care of the communications with all the other figures involved during the process such as Thames Water approvals, Building Control, structural engineers etc...
