Luxurious hotel with best facilities and view. Each and everything is carefully designed at this hotel. Staff is also very friendly and cooperative. Service is top notch. Food is also up to the mark with international taste and flavours. Must try their buffet food when you stay there, it is really worth the money.

I am currently staying at this property and feel compelled to write this review due to my ongoing disappointing experience. My stay began with a room that had a lake view but lacked the promised bathtub, which was supposed to be a standard amenity. When I requested a room with a bathtub, I was moved to what has turned out to be an even more problematic location.

My current room, which was presented as an upgrade, is actually a significant downgrade. Instead of the hill view I specifically booked and paid for, I'm staring at slums - a complete misrepresentation of the advertised room. Even worse, I'm positioned right next to the elevator corridor, where I'm constantly disturbed by foot traffic and elevator noise. The poor soundproofing means I can hear every conversation, movement, and mechanical sound from the corridor.

I've essentially been forced to choose between basic amenities and a decent view - a compromise that guests shouldn't have to make at this price point. The hotel's inability to provide a room that meets all advertised features - a proper view, basic amenities, and a quiet environment - reflects poorly on their standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. This ongoing experience is a series of unfortunate trade-offs that has completely dampened my stay."​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Had been here for an event. While the event went well I also wanted to look at the hotel for myself. It was a great time talking to the staff at the front desk. They did show me around the hotel. Very courteous and respectful. The housekeeping staff around the floor were also very welcoming. Would love to stay here soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and I really loved the place! The rooms are quite cozy and comfortable, with great amenities and service. I think the only problem was that the location was a little far and difficult to reach. I'd also suggest to not take the "Hill view" room, which just overlooks a few buildings/slums on a slope (but nothing the hotel can do about that)

The property is lovely, so are the people although, they never failed to disappoint with the hideous quality of food. The taste is below average and not expected from such a brand. Please change your recipes and make your beverages better!

I’m in suite on the 24th floor and have had a series of issues at the hotel which have caused me great disappointment and an unpleasant experience.

For background I am at the esteemed hotel for my own wedding and reception this week.

First, the WiFi in the bedroom of my suite simply does not work not allowing for connecting to the MarriottBonvoy network. I’ve brought this to the attention of the concierge day 1 of my stay and it has yet to be fixed. This has caused me delays and missed communication relating to my wedding preparations.

Second, two minor issues: despite putting my credit card on file I was forced by room service to go find my wallet to use a credit card near midnight because his instructions said I must provide cash or credit, this is despite the large deposit on file for my card…; at check-in I was told I could setup having the newspaper brought up to my suite’s doorstep daily which I did. Despite confirming it twice over and calling a few days later to complain I have yet to have the newspaper at my suite in the mornings…

Lastly, and I hope for this to truly be the last issue, the Heavenly Spa staff butchered my massage. I scheduled a deep tissue body scrub for 1 hr 45 minutes and filled out their form requesting them not to touch my stomach, I even pointed out the massage option I wanted on a menu to them.

Instead they gave me a 1.5 hr Swedish oil massage and did my stomach too which caused me some discomfort and pain. Not only that, but the massage was completed in an hour and 25 minutes…

What the hell is the point of filling out a form on medical condition and body parts to avoid if no one listens? I’m forced to believe their staff is unable to read or understand English in a proficient manner given I verbally and visually showed them the massage I wanted, using the spa’s own menu card.

What is the point in “paying for excellence” and having such an uncaring and unprofessional experience; especially for my own wedding week.

Seems to be one of the most under rates 5star hotel of mumbai ! Amazing view of the lake , spacious room above mumbai standard, fabulous north indian food along with Japanese and one of the best breakfast spread ! What more to ask for ? And amazing staff too ! Definitely a place to recommend !
